Your stay begins at your chosen residence. AWA has no shared reception or welcome area: head directly to your accommodation, supported by our telephone assistance, WhatsApp and guest app.
Please tell us your arrival time in advance. This helps us organise assistance and support you if needed. If your plans change, update us by telephone or WhatsApp.
There is no check-in surcharge. Luggage storage is not available; please take this into account when planning your arrival and departure.

Find your residenceARRIVING IN CEFALÙ
The historic centre is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), inaccessible to private cars. Contact our assistance team before arrival and follow the signs without passing ZTL entry points. There is no physical reception: we assist you remotely and you go directly to your residence.

Luggage drop-off
On Via Umberto I, at the start of the ZTL, you can drive to the drop-off point about 5 metres from the entrance. Coordinate your arrival with our assistance team for precise directions and do not pass restricted-zone entry points.

Luggage storage and luggage transport are not available. Please take the stairs in the buildings into account when planning your arrival.

Request a transfer between Palermo Falcone Borsellino Airport (PMO) and Cefalù, in either direction. Share your route and travel details: our team will confirm availability, the meeting point and the price before booking.

One-way transfer for 1–4 guests. 08:00–19:00: from €130. 19:30–07:30: €160. Estimated journey time: about 1 hour 15 minutes.
For the periods between 07:30 and 08:00 and between 19:00 and 19:30, or more than 4 guests, request a quote.
